End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Fit-rics ("Company") regarding your use of the Fit-rics application ("Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Medical Disclaimer

The Application does not provide medical advice. Metrics, projections, and calculations are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Consult a Physician: Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet or exercise program.
• Risk of Injury: You understand that physical exercise carries the risk of injury. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Application.

2. License Grant

Fit-rics grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Data Privacy

• Storage: The Application uses Google Firebase. Your data is stored in a secure cloud environment.
• Access: We do not sell your personal data.
• Security: Industry-standard security measures are implemented.

4. User Accounts

To access features, you must sign in using a Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and its "Aether Kinetics" design system are property of Fit-rics and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit-rics shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Application.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
